Ekko Needs to buy lichbane and not Morellonomicon
Ekko Q is almost useless.
Some might say its a good farm tool, but the mana cost is so high it forces you to buy 
instead of 
which he needs for his lack of reliable ap ratios as his ult is probably one of the hardest skills to land in the game and should almost always be omitted when looking at his ap ratios.
I mean, Ekko ap ratios are as follows....
Passive 80% ap Q - 70% ap W- no direct ap E- 20% ap R-130% ap
Total 300% ap which is amazing, but out of that you are only likely to land your E and passive bringing your effective/reliable ap ratios to 100% ap. That is amazingly underwhelming.
This is why Ekko needs to buy Lichbane. He needs it to make his reliable skills, do actual damage.
Being forced to buy to use his Q to farm does not make sense because his Q is useless in combat. Not having lichbane makes him effectly weak.
I can go on about why his Q is useless other than stacking his passive, but my point is the mana cost needs to go down so Ekko can buy lichbane instead of Morellonomicon.
