Buying hextech GLP means amkes it hard to buy 4 other AP items

locks you out of buying 4 other Ap items or atleast makes all of them less effiecient. Plus the active isn’t that great either unless you combine it with Glacial augment.
Overall, this is sad and should be looked into as there is nothing stoping Ad champs from combining
