I mean really, her winrate speaks volumes, she needs some power back to her early game as she needs a strong early game for her kit to function, or at the very least she needs some better scaling and a way to deal with ppl stacking armor.
The Q rework (nerf) was pretty awful too, i dont see a reason for her to have .5 base AS aswell.

shes almost impossible to gank or engage on like that.
