you are nerfing rek'sai again and she will meet elise now. You are just a bunch of incompetent who nerf everything in a champion with the hope of reducing his power. And then, you hit the nerf that we needed since 50 years and "oh lol, the champion just went unviable now but wait we won't revert the previous nerfs and maybe we will rework him".

what she actually needs is some counterplay to the global stealth paranoya she causes. if green wards would just be able to spot her in a reduced radius and show her on the minimap, or just issue a ping on themselves when shes in the radius of a ward without even the need to pinpoint her position. then we would have a way to keep track of her like of every other jungler, and know when shes around.
then she can be allowed to be strong. instead they have been hitting basically everything in her kit (mainly her q) over and over.
and kassadins rework was just plain retarded. what makes him broken ins clearly his ult. but instead of changing him in the place he actually needed it, they buffed it even more and removed power from the rest of his kit. and then theyre surprised that they still cant manage to balance him properly.

Rek'sai's nerfs are pretty much pointless, she's good, but not that good Riot.
While you're at it since you like nerfing so much, do you mind reducing the circumferance/range of all of Annie's skills, because her AOE doesn't even look like it hit me half of the time, and her chase potential is unreal for a supposed to be bursty mage.

Also you forgot about Diana OP, she's had her entire kit nerfed two times.

Often times they have good ideas on how to balance, but they often times don't balance them properly. Their theory is sound, their execution is horrible.
