My friend is in complete denial that Graves and Lucian have almost the exact same playstyle. Help.
How can I convince him how similar these champions are?

Earl Eulrich3 votesactually they don´t...graves is mostly there for the great laning + upfront-burst (works pretty good for Wombo or Pick-comps) while lucian has more sustained impact throughout a fight later on in the game. If Graves can´t get a fight in his advantage with the upfront-dmg he´ll have a really hard time kiting it out, lucian on the other hand really thives when fights get messy and he can be all over the place, jumping form duel to duel. but sure, both are Marksmen and rightclick people to kill them mostly...
Fiveofswords2 votesuh...i can see how you would say they are similar, but exact same? no. graves is a lot more bursty than lucian, and is less mobile, and has a bit more survival.
Angry Monster1 votesI am not sure how one is more mobile, they both have an auto attack CDR reduction for their dashes. I would argue one is tankeir than the other, but not so much that were outside of a dual that it matters.

Just because you see "HUUR HUR Q DOES DAMAGE W IS UTILITY E IS A DASH AND R IS MOAR DAMAGE HUR HUR" doesn't mean they are the same.
