Am I alone in thinking the Guardian Rune kinda sucks
We get a shield and some MS if we're close. Cool? I feel like it lacks something.
The MS is ok if you're not CC'd to death. Could it possibly come with a HoT?

OurLestrade3 votesI hate runes with long cooldowns that you haven't got much control over, that's why I never use it. It feels more debilitating than empowering.
Remurin1 votesIt has only very little synergy with supporters and tanks. It works especially well on Shen, Tahm Kench, Rakan and Braum though. It's power really is underestimated.
Pheobos1 votesI've just made a post talking about quite some of the resolve runes including how I personally feel how Guardian is an underwhelming rune which restricts you too much to be near an ally. It takes away so much from the 'being able to chose your own playstyle' that riot was going for with runes reforged.
