Is it just me? Or do Riot's indirect nerfs, do more nerf champs much more than thier Targeted nerfs
i mean we get -0.4 base regen
nerf
-5 ms
nerf
and in season 6.. the "direct" nerf to
which added one second her kitty cooldowns (which to this day is STILL more of an annoyance than an actual nerf)
NONE of these did jack shit.
yet we see indirect nerfs that damn near completely gut champions
while the
change was a godsend to every other mana using jungler... because of
support jungle idea and his synergy with
he got damn near gutted
in season 6 the patch AFTER the "placebo" nerf to
she loses 9% winrate from a double indirect nerf removing strength of the ages and gutting 
during the scuttle changce pretty much any jungler who couldnt duel at lvl 2 was very badly hurt and every other was was made much stronger
now with the removal of adaptive stats on celerity champions like
are bady hurt from a nerf designed to stop ADC's from taking the rune
and then their "bugfix" for
hit him more than any nerf ever did.
its like the only way they can ACTUALLY nerf a champion is by accident and only when they don't need it.
when a champion actually NEEDS a nerf.. they are barely touched
