so as someone who's played quite a bit of rengar, I've noticed....he doesn't feel all the good rn, like whenever i play him, it feels like i cant kill anyone after 15 minutes, compared to other assassins such as kayn, kha zix and even qiyana, or divers such as Vi, diana or shyvana (cant figure out which he is classified as now) rengar just feels like shite.....is it just me or as anyone else noticed this?
I've been playing a lot of Rengar lately ( got about 350k points now) and the problem lies on that Rengar is so dependant on brushes and his R. Look at it this way. Compare it to other assassins like Evelynn, Akali, Ekko, Zed, Kha'Zix etc. These champions all have a way to disengage and a way out of a bad situation. Some of them can also buy Zhonyas or even the great designed item named stopwatch. It's been so many times when I use everyting and a random stopwatch gets me killed and denies me a bounty which is required for me to do something. I spend most of the game just waiting because what can you do as Rengar if the enemy team has a fed adc or a mage. If you dont have your R and the fight is lets say in midlane how can you enter it ????? I used to just walk to the enemy and when I get close they just flash away. Meanwhile I've already lost 90% of my hp or burned my flash for nothing. I need to have ferocity in order to have crowd control which means I must be fighting which is sometiems impossible. I can not catch anyone who is running away from brushes or has a gapcloser. I cant escape either. And the best point is that Rengar's ult now is just a tool to show the enemy team that you are coming. Literally nothing else. You only see the closest champion, you only penetrate the closest champion, you are vissible from 2 screens away and everybody knows your exact postion becasue of your ult mark. Just compare that to Evelynn for example. Permanent invissibility without any indication. A way to escape a bad fight and lets not even talk about the damage she does compared to Rengar. Her ult alone is Rengar's entire combo, but also her R is aoe. You actually need to be lucky to have an enemy team with 0 marco to be able to play Rengar to its full potential, which in the higher ranks is almost impossible. These are my thoughts. Maybe riot should revert some of the ultimate nerfs and not make Rengar the ambulance he is showing everyone on the enemy team you are coming.
Also, please notice that im not just saying that because I am some Rengar fanboy crying about my champion. I enjoy playing 
and 
more than him.
