So what exactly is the difference between old AP Nid and RG Ezreal?

Seriously. We all know the sit back and throw linear skillshots for 1000 magic damage every few seconds gameplay style is toxic (even though Nidalee still does this) so why the fuck did the balance team let this happen, again. Or is the balance team different from the ruin the game with random item changes team. Do you guys not talk at all? Does the balance team literally have 0 idea about new items and champs? Are they not even allowed to visit surrender at 20? Like they just spend 2 weeks blindfolded and are allowed to see for 12 hours post patch.
