If you're going to ban someone that'll end up being my lane opponent, please ban who I tell you to ban. I started a game tilted and lost my lane because of these simpletons. Again, I'm not telling you who to ban, I'm simply stating if I'm top laner and you want to use your ban to help me out, then ban the top laner I don't want to lane against, not the one you regularly struggle against even though you're the support this game!

I've made a lot of post bragging about my top lane skills with my mains being MonkeyKing Irelia Darius XinZhao Illaoi Sion Jax Riven Fiora Camille etc etc

2 champs that I find completely despicable and use 100% of my bans on one of them depending on who I'm using are Teemo Singed . They're gimmick champions in my book. I also have a slight distaste for Azir but only because of his turret.

I have XinZhao selected as my desired pick, I say ban Teemo, instead Camille Darius get banned. 2 champs I've never lost a lane to as XinZhao.

RIOT, please, 1 ban per summoner. It's been 6 bans since the days of 42 champions. It's 134 champions now (more than triple the original roster) and we still only have 6 bans? STOP THE SHENANIGANS!

In all honesty, the I'm still tilted because these idiots banned Darius and Camille, so maybe I'm coming from an unclear perspective, but as of right now... this makes sense to me.

I think you hurt yourself when you ban champions simply because of unfavorable match ups nowadays.

Right now there are so many broken champions running around the rift. Vayne Twitch Vi Ivern Hecarim Shyvana LeeSin Darius

I'm not going to ban a champion simply because you dislike a part of his kit that you can play around currently because if something goes wrong in another lane, which it always does, I'm gonna be pissed that the banning teammates let something like Vayne run around in our game chunking everyone's health bar or worse.

I remember a time when there were like 2-3 must ban champions, and the rest was more preference. I played old Fiora and would always ban Malphite for example, but I truly think those days are gone ever since the recent reworks started happening and keystones came into effect. There's a much larger pool of champions that are very difficult to play against and have little downsides.

Sorry, I'm going to ban whoever I want. It might be who you want, it might not (specially for stupid ones like "ban Gnar"). Hopefully we'll have 10 bans before too long and it won't be so much an issue anymore.

That's how to not be a team player. Funny thing is, people like you call me noob, for not wanting to ban Teemo, not understanding the full map presence he has.

So what happens when I lose lane to Teemo?

  1. You can't gank him because he has shrooms everywhere.
  2. Top lane's super creeps will destroy turrets fast because 1 shroom can wipe out a minion wave.
  3. Control wards are necessary for dragon/baron because it's the only thing that can reveal his shrooms he's using for warding.
  4. If your ADC/Assassin runs over a shroom late game, there goes 60% of their max health, hope they're not running from a team fight.

Same thing with Singed.

  1. Hard to kill because of item 3009 item 3800 item 3116 item 3065 item 3068 item 3512
  2. Proxies at your base, meaning even when your team is up 30 kills, you have no minions to take a turret until you deal with him.

There's power picks to ban. I'd rather you lose lane to Teemo than for our entire team to get trampled by Hecarim. Lane counters can be handled easier than power picks. Only wanting your lane counter banned isn't being a team player.

So I feed, them Teemo builds item 3151 item 3020 item 3022 item 3085 item 3135 item 3116 gets 2 pentakills in 1 game, then team flames me, "Report XinZhao for intent!"

Teemo only gets pentakills if your team has no idea what they are doing.

Looking at your profile/match history, you unfortunately seem to be in the MMR bracket where that is fairly likely.

If the enemy team is Teemo Veigar Varus JarvanIV Sion ... it's not that hard to do.

Especially when your team is XinZhao Katarina Draven Soraka Graves

True, teemo can wreck a team that has literally 0 hard cc. That's more a problem of teamcomp though. No amount of Teemo bans will keep hypercarries from destroying your team.
