How to diversify S5 jungle with one simple change

Lee Sin (New Passive) Blind Justice: This champion is now automatically banned from being picked.

Now, I like yours, but I do like mine better.

Honestly i think Lee should just get Rek'sai's limited vision while she is burrowed. I mean come on, Rek'Sai an intelligent Queen from the void can only see very shortly in front of her while she is underground and can only see small red blinks? While Lee Sin a BLIND 30 something monk has perfect vision while playing him? If players can see all points on the map while playing Lee Sin, then why can't Rek'Sai see more while she is burrowed? Logic?

As much as i dislike Lee sin nerfing him to the ground will not increase jungle diversity. Lee sin was banned on the worlds finals and we just see the next strongest jungler. riot just needs to properly buff tanky junglers and junglers as a whole.
