Assuming (--->) means kill, can we say that:

ADC ---> Tank ---> Assassin ---> Fighter ---> Mage? But then again subclasses come into account and the diversit kicks in.

Like Mage-Assassins, Tanky Fighters, and so on...

It is weird for me because Riot does not set these (good against who, best against who) stuff. (or atleast i can't find it anywhere) Plus lol is a fun game where anyone can kill anyone under the right circumstances paired with skill and beforehand thinking.

There's no such thing. Different champs of the same classes have different good and bad matchups. Assassins usually destroy mages 1v1, but Malzahar wrecks many assassins 1v1. Bruisers usually destroy ADCs 1v1, but then there's Vayne.

i agree, i was just wondering if riot set a standard for this before all the diversity kicked in, as other mmo's (not all) have.

I'm sure you're not in any way biased ADC main, and I'm sure the ADC class' weakness is most evident in its absolute requirement on every team.

Also, OP, assassins usually can't kill fighters 1v1 unless the assassin is way more fed. There's a reason you don't see Zed or Talon players singling out Garen, Renekton, Tryndamere, Irelia, or Riven in team fights.

It varies according to champion though. Though I just said assassins usually can't 1v1 fighters, Master Yi can 1v1 most of the champions I named (probably all of them except Tryndamere to be honest) come late game, and he's classified as an assassin.
