he went from snowballing in the laning phase and roaming and being a mid game team fighting god to becoming a unreliable farm-bot for 20 minutes so he can probably kill someone if he can manage to be in the right angle to land that Q so it goes through those 12 minions and 4 enemy champions.

rip englando also rip veigar and i cry everyday because ik that veigar got snipped and i also wasted 1820 rp on that bootyful skin.

I don't cry at all. I have been a Veigar main since the start of season 1 and I love the way his kit is now. The play style did change, but he can still fight in lane after his first back very well. With a bit of practice poking and farming with one Q is not as hard as you think. They also lowered his cd's on W and E, so with cdr on him he can spam like a monster and zone.

I rock the Final Boss all the time. Just take some time and practice, and you might actually see he is still very reliable.

I have played him and he is good but he's boring and a worse version of his previous self.

It's a boring playstyle that gets unfun to play with especially at higher elos where farming isn't always a option.
