I want to say something about Neeko Banned rate

it not that high because she is new champion, it that high cause she got alot of damage that isn't dodge able unless you are mobile champion.

And it will stay that high cause riot got a thing for champions with alot of burst unnecessary damage and champions with mobility, got a high banned rate cause she is annoying to play against and back then when she released had high banned rate cause there was no counter to her damage unless you play around with mobility .

Same goes for right now, she will be banned with that amount until she get the hard hammer nerf of .

Balance team seem like they never learn from anything at all and they keep doing the same smart thing of releasing a champion so op early so people learn them somehow when they op then hard nerf them, just for once release balanced champion so people can learn it for real instead of smashing their head on keyboard for burst of damage that melt people.
