Can buy this item that costs 2100 gold to easily buy it.
The item gives 400 health, decent health and mana regen, 10% CDR, and allows you to be useful even when dead and if I'm reading this right the heal will work on the user as well.

I used it on PBE, they wouldn't win anything with this item.. Tbh...
It's only powerful on people with Windspeakers.
Mimy1 votesI sued the item on PBE, it actually isn't THAT great, and it has a Cast Charge. Like it will mark the place on the ground for about a second and then go off.

Well it don't work when you're dead....
#Honestly you're better off building regular tank items.
As for the tank support item that only works if you have someone WITH YOU who can do damage. It is Pretty strong though.
