They drag out the game for an extra 27 minutes. I get to full build as Kayle. Full build Kayle can't even beat Rengar 1v1. Full build Kayle gets one shotted by Rengar's R jump Q combo, before she can even ult. How the hell is Rengar even 'balanced' right now if he can do this shit. He has high base resists. He has good base damage. He's not even outscaled anymore. What the fuck.

I don't know how different the Rengar is good or bad ( didn't read any of the notes )
But as an AD, I feel like he's a lot weaker. And trust me.. ADC players know rengar lol
His ult is dedicate to us most of the time.
