Does Evelynn have a viable burst assassin build?

you'll start bursting after runeglave, just take ignite instead of flash and you'll usually get first blood in my experience. its all about catching them off guard, when they're csing, waiting in the bush while they're at a camp, if they know your there pack it in because they'll be ready and those first autos or ability will be your death mid to late game, she is the only the true assassin in the game. though ap evelynn is a real feast or famine champion, its dependent on if or not you can pull ahead.
