Can we change Jax's Q damage scaling

From 70/110/150/190/230 + 1.0 Bonus AD + .6 AP

to 20/45/70/95/120 + 1.0 Total AD + .6 AP

Base damage ends up being the same but this way the damage on it also scales with something like sterak's

Don't think that would help him much. Only thing he needs is atleast some of the hp they took away from him back. At the moment he loses lane to 95% of all champs and his lategame is nowhere near as godlike as it used to be. Sure he can still 1v1 every champ except Nasus and Vayne but the days of him 1v2ing with ease are long gone.

lol i completely disagree with you. Jax is still a beast if put in the right hands. they have recently buffed the hell out of his ult and its actually quite good. his main real issue to be honest is that his early game mana costs are a bit high. they helped with the E mana cost lowering, but I feel the W should be a lot lower in mana cost considering that it is nothing more than auto attack modifier and reset. If they lowered mana cost on Q he'd have a lot more outplay potential in lane. but i mean...if you make jax spike in power too soon he might be op again. I love jax. I think he is a lot stronger than people are giving him credit for.

Yet you are the 0 2 with him in ranked even though you play at borderline silver. The champion is a trollpick at the moment, he gets absolutely trashed in lane by any competent player. His mana costs are totally fine now. 65 30 and 50 on Q W E, that is hardly the reason he sucks. THe issue is that he has less base hp and hp per level than champs like Kog Maw or Miss Fortune and that he has no sustain in lane. So basically he can't trade with anyone cause his base stats are shit but if he doesn't trade he just gets poked to death because he has no sustain unlike 95% of all toplaners in the game.

i haven't really brought jax back into ranked since I commited to actually learning how to play him. I've plalyed him a lot more in normals recently and been doing quite well with him even when against low plat people.

if you gave him a good amount of base HP and scaling then he'd be super tanky with his ult while dealing butt tons of damage. if you give him sustain it'd have to be very little because his trading is really good when played right. I mean memememeking does pretty well with playing "only jax" as his main. he is challenger in euw and I'd say Jax is good in the right hands.

it used to scale like this in 2011, was broken. now don't get me wrong but jax was different i don't know if he would still be an issue. But he used to burst 1/2 of your hp with W+Q
