This will get rid of the Vlads, Quinns, Teemos, Kennens, Swains, Heimerdingers so us melee users can actually enjoy our lanes... unless we forget to ban Riven.

Removing Ranged from toplane wont magically fix the lane (anyone who thinks this is utterly delusional), its a complete fucking mess with or without them.
