Sorry not you; I meant to reply to OP. But IDK if you noticed, the 10% savagery nerf was like... 6 patches ago, and nothing about the passive scaling being shrekt is in the OP. True to their style, Rito made Rengar unfun and OP, ruining hi for everybody, then gutted him and will have to rework him in season 8
