I dont think ive ever had such a unfun experience ever, i was playing vayne so if i was in range to aa = in range to get exhausted, oh boy i love not being able to play the game and let everything be decided by which team points and clicks their exhaust harder than the other.

Vayne only shits on tanks past mid game or atleast 2 items (and a lot of games end before that), god forbid ur easy class has a counter.

Right, so about from the point where people interact with champions other than their lane opponent onward. Also, same. Except the counter to your easy class is exhaust.

Exhaust is good against everything except tanks and long range mages (who can do damage from out of its range), and even against mages you can use it as a diver and make the mage unable to fight you back or run away or do anything after you gap close.

What it its downside exactly?
Ppl are taking more and more exhaust, not less.
Because its massively overpowered both offensively and defensively, its a point and click remove X champion from the game for almost 3 seconds, its basically a 3 second surpress at range on a low cd.
