A part of me wants to say mages arent garbage right now

And you know what that's true. They arent horrid. But shit overlaps them hard. Makes them bad. Or look it. Seeing too much irelia/aatrox mid to really think otherwise. My champion pool that i enjoy are mages. Battle mages and burst mages i.e etc. Do they need counters ? Sure absolutely.

But there is NOTHING fun against laning against champions that have -consistent waveclear -resourceless or low mana costs -high damage that scales -high defense that also scales -high mobility with no drawbacks all jam packed into one kit. It's fucking ridiculous

I would put money that if i took the time and played only lets say mid. I'd easily get past my current division
