Zekes isnt random, it has a clearly displayed counter that once it hits 100, gives bonuses. Rito wants u to play around that and engage when your at 95 stacks.
Um, excuse me? How is that item luck and chance?
Considering that many, many ADC's take IE and PD, they're just at 55% crit chance. Whenever Zeke's activates, their crit chance will become 100%, removing all chance and luck from their critical strikes.
In other words, mid/late-game Zeke's temporarily removes, not adds, that factor. And if you're going to tell me the charge system is what you're talking about, I don't see you complaining about Luden's and Shiv.
Zeke's proc can be played around by both sides.
Additionally, most ADC builds with the active up end up at 100% crit chance meaning you KNOW they'll be critting your face off.
Seems like it reduced RNG for both sides while adding counterplay.... good item working as intended?
how is Zeke's chance and luck. By the time I build that the ADC already has IE and usually another crit chance item so basically it'll ensure near 100% crit chance. How is that chance and luck?
When the crit chance boost is available.
Still it's not even remotely RNG, it's very clear to you when it will be up (could maybe use more clarity on enemy/ally side.)
does the enemy team see when it's proccing and you/the target are both gold?
even if they still see it yeah I get what you're saying
Depends on who gets the luck
Who needs luck when its all about the heart of the cards?
