Death's Dance is stupid.
Better get ready for more Riven nerfs. Or nerfs to any AD champ that doesn't use mana. Except Lee, he's prob gonna get some buffs.

Can you not sound like you're QQ-ing? It makes it a lot harder to take you seriously. On subject though, I think people need to calm down about the new item and realize that the item will be tested first, quite extensively. Riot won't introduce something that breaks the fabric of the game beyond repair. Just hang on and wait for it to hit live. Then we can discuss whether or not the item that they published for everyone is too strong or whatever. Just let the tester give their opinion. I already had a comment on this in more detail. If you care to read it, this is it:
"Well, allow this to encourage you. The PBE, of which I participate, exists for a reason. This isn't something that Riot is just like, "herp du derp, let's introduce this broken item, herpity herpy herp." Extensive testing is going to handle this.
As the meta stands now, assassins are very U.P. with the recent surge of high damage control mages. Sure, Leblanc shows up now and then, but this doesn't touch her in the slightest. That being said, assassins are unfavored because late game, they have no team fight presence outside of picking of people. Compare that to an Orianna or an Azir who can change the fight and hurt more than just 1 carry. Zed is unable to reliably assassinate people without his ult, unless the champion has bad positioning. To get there, he has to survive the cc, the damage, the exhaust, the peel, and if he can't find a reasonable opening and he is forced into a bad engage, he needs sustain to be able to reasonably survive and have a chance to kill his target. Same with any other ad assassin like Talon, Yi, Jax (if you build him that way), Kha'zix, Rengar, etc. Cc is the bane of assassins, and if you don't dodge the cc or sustain through it as best you can, you die. So at that point, it's either weaken the cc or give assassins a better way to survive. You see Riot's current answer.
Just remember, the PBE does exist, and it's just a trial period to see what happens. Be patient."
Have a good day man!

any item present on pbe usually goes through without any changes. extensive testing intensified

I think using the term "any" is a little exaggerated. Now, I do think testing will go up since applications launched and it's preseason soon. I'm just saying what Moobeat says all the time: "Tentative changes." I urge people to be cautious in what they assume.
Man why don't you stop QQing, it makes it hard to take seriously.
And no, Riot has doesn't change things after they put it on the PBE. Yeah trial period, like how they trialed gp, fiora, every juggernaut, every new iteration of feral flare, yeah good job.
"And no, Riot has doesn't change things after they put it on the PBE." I'm sorry, what? Using two verbs back to back that both fit into different sentence tenses and prepositional phrases? :P lmao Anyways, I think you need to calm down and consider that if the PBE community fails to give input on something, then that's their fault, not Riot's. Riot designers have their own server where they test stuff before PBE. I think patience would be worthwhile. If it is broken, it will be fixed. Just hang with them for little bit man.
?
It's really not the good on Riven, as its only 4% vamp on her skills - they are all AoE. Yes the CDR is nice, but BT would over more sustain.
