I saw this today as I'm looking through Supports to pick up in an effort to shake things up. I'm noticing a steady climb back over the patches and wondering if anyone knows what accounts for that. I don't see him being buffed in the patch notes (though i'm not looking) and it's not clear what items would have changed to bump him up. But he's now 9th ranked which is a 5 position bump.
So is he good enough to roll out on those solo ranked games?

If Rakan doesn't have the safety of follow up or keeping himself alive he's not really going to live long as he's going to die in 3 hits then the enemies can easily turn on to your carries and kill them.
Penns1 votesHe has the mobility to work tho. His biggest problem in soloq is coordination with his E range, engage and follow up.
