and both had their dashes redone so they can't teleport back to instant safety in lane, would people who play them...

Be less arrogant and overconfident
Have less of an ego
Not constantly towerdive with no regard for their own life

I somehow think that if this concept was removed, like any other champion, this would actually require skill? That is the REAL problem with both of them, they have no problems with damage or mobility on engage, its their DISENGAGE which is the problem. As assassins they should NOT have it.

They should not be able to escape UNLESS they get a kill and then this requires them to be mechanically on point, like every other class in the game.

Ironically, picking these champions are SAFER then picking a TANK in mid lane and they get rediculous damage as well. Which is why will never be a decent champ compared to these.

Their disengage is what makes them assassins. It's how you pick against a disengage assassin that makes or breaks the usability of that assassin.

Well I'm probably wrong but what I think is that people who play ultra safe characters (Not every person) tend to have fragile egos. So they'll seek whatever means they can to not die yet also be able to outperform their opponents.

If they, say, die or lose due to under-performance they will act very defensively and place the reason for their lose on everyone else to protect their egos.

If these abilities don't allow for the player to blink back to safety, the arrogant people might just shift to something else.

However, I do agree the disengage of those champs are a problems. It feels like fantasy fulfillment.

Not talking about balance here, but to answer your question, no. It wouldn't change anything. Players who are ass holes will continue to do so whether they have that return blink or not.

Just look at riven mains*.

I have met a few riven mains who were down right nice and didn't bm or do anything rude. If you are one of those people, this doesn't apply to you.*
