People getting base stats increased because of the rune changes yet no change for the ap users?

Maybe buff it up to 25 ap as a band aid until proper changes can be made

it also gives ad, yet we have base ad buffs and bufs to abillitities that scale of bonus ad, so that's not a good argument.

Mages effectively get 12 Magic Pen simply because MR runes don't exist anymore. And yeah, you get more AP from the new runes than you would AD.

Yeah, I think it's a bit bull that AD's are getting a small buff to their damage but mages done really it apart from a few on the PBE. but since MR runes are gone I don't know if they are gonna be worth it. Also more flat MR Pen items needs to come around because item 3151 + item 3135 is boring shit.

Unnecessary. They are being compensated by old runes in the new runes. You get base 18 or 25 AP depending on whether you pick Domination or Sorcery. Which is definitely more than they got before. They're just gonna be missing out on the early magic pen (unless there's a rune for that too I don't know about).

item 1056 needs to be buffed, period. Now that you can't buy two of those for mana, any manaless fighter can rush item 3211 -> item 3065 and have 100% guarantee of pushing the mage out of lane, because the mage will need at least two items ( item 3165 + item 3135 ) to fight that of.

If you are going to buff dorans ring to be equivalant to dorans blade you have to make it more expensive like 50 more gold

Not really, cost of starter items is more determined by amount of potions you are supposed with it at 500 gold. Blade is more expensive because it offers sustain, and because you can stack blades, not because it's stronger than the ring.

Don't forget that Dorans ring costs 50 gold less than dorans blade so I say it's fine
