Remind me why Sejuani is considered weak again?

Don't get me wrong, I get why everyone whined about her getting nerfed, because she got double tapped with itemization nerfs as well as kit nerfs, but she's far from weak right now. In fact, I'd say she's sleeper OP with how well she abuses the metagolem. I just had a ranked game where the nexus was open, but because I built item 1402 item 3068 item 3512 item 3060 item 3083 item 3009, I was able to put so much map pressure that the enemy team just couldn't keep up. Not to mention how ridiculously crazy Sejuani scales with AP, despite having pretty crap AP values.

Yes, I know I'm playing in Silver. Yes, I know what happens in Silver is far from reflective in all tiers, but come on, we're in a split push meta and nobody has thought of this?
