They made rageblade so bad for melees but they can't accept it so they're trying to add ap ratios to AA bruisers to pretend like they're making up for it

Shyvana's always been a Hybrid, Yi's Meditate ought to be balanced around being AP anyway, and Nocturne doesn't even build Rageblade right now while still doing decently, so it's only increasing his build diversity.

Further, I don't support having to balance champions around a single item. I prefer to remove the item that's causing the issue, and buff champions as a result.
