Duo players should play in FLEX Q. SOLO Q should be SOLO ONLY.

If you wanna divide the ranked queues based on solo or party to do that. IT doesn't make sense to have varying levels of parties for different queues.

This also ensures SOLO Q rating is an accurate representation of your OWN skill. Currently flex ratings mean jack shit since other players affect your rank more than yourself. Please remove DUOs from SOLO Q.
