No point even interacting with this champion when his ultimate is up every minute.

Most high ranking Zileans do not take Ultimate Hat. It's simply not worth it. (Check my mastery, I pretty much exclusively play Zilean Support.)

At Final rank, once you've maxed your CDR (Which you do every game as Zilean) ... **You basically only net about 6-7 seconds once Ultimate Hat is fully stacked. **

With the nerfs coming to Archangels, Zileans winrate is about to drop a fair bit.

This is a beef with CDR in general, rather than Zileans ultimate. Almost the entire cast of champions has a final ultimate cooldown (before CDR) between 60 and 90 seconds. Lux, for example, can get her cooldown lower than Zileans.

I absolutely concede that Zileans ultimate is on the shorter end of the spectrum, but it needs to be. His ultimate is easily countered if used poorly and has one of the highest skill ceilings in the game. Once you start playing against players who understand how to delay burst, it becomes extremely hard to get much of anything out of his ult, short of a few seconds of invulnerability.

If you're going to change the cooldown - then it needs to last longer, to give a bigger window of 'invuln' time.

The nerfs only hit archangels and not seraph. Hes fine. It just means you dont get the crazy ap till its upgraded.
