So... Was Dynamic queue fixed?

I had 2 problems with this: -First thing is that i hate playing with premades(as enemies or allies) i always play alone, i had to deal with premade bot it was ok, i can still manage to play with 3 people but 4 or 5 is just like playing ranked 5v5 premade but while also being solo. high elo mmr has a limited number of players (like 2000 or something) and since everyone want to play with 4 or 3 people you were most likely going to play against a team of 5 like it was the case (i saw 2 game in NA where 5 random people played against a challenger 5v5 team). -it increases too much the queue time, i remember imaqtpie waiting 40 min to play

Did anything changed?
