That report should carry something with it. Harrassment gives a chat restriction. Enough of the "unskilled player" report should force a certain number of Bot matches before being allowed in PVP again.

That's what it's supposed to do, but I'm sure it acts more as an option for people who are raging when they can't find anything to actually report someone for. The MMR system seems to place people fairly well most of the time, and I've only used it a handful of times (which I'm sure half of them I was, indeed, pretty pissed that someone was so bad, so it worked for me I guess) since beta.

yup thats how it is. i cant shake the sheer amount of crap in bronze. also its not i cant carry them. its i cant keep my cool becuase of how stupid some of this stuff is. its a "you cant be serious" feeling and as we all know if your a hot head you make more mistakes then when your cooled off.

I have sometimes felt like reporting myself for unskilled player. Never understood what the repercussions of it could be. Ban you from playing when what you need is obviously more time in the game. I like the idea of relegating to bot games for a certain period. Problem is you don't necessarily learn anything from a bot game. No try team comps, no one really worries about where they go. You just go and play. I think there should be something though.
