Was playing a game in top, i get ganked, i back with 26 CS, this is just about the first two waves so about 850 gold. How come, my enemy laner a mundo backs with 38 CS, no kills, no assists, no jungle mobs taken, no dragons taken and comes back with 1250 gold worth of shit? Like last time i checked 12 minions does not equate to that much of a gold difference.

I have no idea what happened but this fucked with me the entire game, like does mundo just gain more gold when against Irelia or something? Is it a hidden passive i don't know about? What happened?

I'd guess he got most of the high value-minions and maybe had future's market as rune.
