All the problems currently can be traced back to assassins and their items...

Yes, Jhin is a powerhouse at the moment but he always have been, but that is directly because AD items have been super powerful for a long, long time and half the ADC's on the roster are almost nonviable because assassins are so overpowered, mobile and generally unfair to play at the moment. The reason why champions like Ashe now and other immobile ADC's cannot be played is because they have nothing to deal with an assassin one shot from a Zed or Talon and cannot stop an assassin from escaping with the free mobility they have every few seconds.

Jhin, MissFortune etc, all have high one shot damage themselves because that is the ONLY way to counter the massive mobility of assassins which are spammed EVERY game pretty much.

So the current problems with Jhin and Kaisa can be DIRECTLY traced to the fact that Riot love assassins and are doing everything in their power to make them the most versatile and powerful class in the game.

Its sad that ADC's are forced to cheese out a one shot just to stay on EQUAL footing with the current assassin line-up and even then if they get close, you are pretty much dead since Zed can pretty much miss everything and just ult + summoner 14 for a free kill.

ADCs are not suppose to counter assassins.

If that would be the case then ADCs would literally have no counter.

Another thing you need to keep in mind is that no, Jhin and Kai'Sa aren't meta because they counter assassins or whatever bull you came up with.

ADCs as a class have a pretty braindead design, what I mean is that the champion doesn't matter.

It doesn't matter if you play Twitch or Trist or Varus or Lucian or Jhin or Vayne or Xayah You just pick the ADC that has the best numbers because at the end, everyone of them does the exact same thing.

By the way Xayah is the number 1 assassin counter and she is not being played.

The reason why Jhin and Kai'Sa are picked over other ADCs is because they deal the most damage while not dying too quickly.

That's it really, if you nerf them then Tristana comes back into the spotlight coupled with maybe Draven and Ezreal.

If you nerf them Lucian and another randrom crap comes into the spotlight, propably MF.

Has nothing to do with assassins.

Burst mages also counter ADCs, btw.

Problem is that these mages have a rather hard time penetrating the frontline to get to the ADC in the first place.

If they get on them then yeah, the ADC is most likely dead.
