and i have serious doubts that the game is going to be in semi playable state for ranked

and then we will here "just wait for msi patch all will be fine", sorry but not this time. I waited on the preseason to fix problems within the game which you never did you just added more mess to an already busted game . This is the last chance from me. its battered wife syndrome now with this game, i keep coming back expecting fixes in patches but as per usual you slap me in the face.

season is expected to start on the 16th, you have the data from over the holiday period and have a hell of alot of work to do.

i don't see how its going to be a playable season start. I do have faith that eventually riot will even shit out, my memory still works sometimes. I can still recall what it was like right before the Runes Reforged update dropped. It was like heaven compared to what the game is now. Don't get me wrong, the new system is interesting, it's new, I can't say i like it better because its more rigid, but still, it is new and interesting. The balance issues it causes seriously limit the fun.
