So I am not the only one experiencing this. Thought it had to do with my mouse, going to replace it because it's so old anyway

I had this happen when I used Razer Synapse, though my mouse is not a razer mouse. But it might be a different problem because when it happened to me it was random and could happen on any part of the screen
