Did i get carried or that guy just so salty ?

So i picked as blind pick and the enemy laner picked as counter pick to me as in term of Olaf kit counter urgot damage and in same time Olaf able to poke Urgot while his R counter Urgot R so hard.

Which forced me to play safe as possible under tower and farm what i can farm from CS, he was able to secure one kill on me solo then followed by lee gank which put me 0-2-1 (Assist helping my jungle jax to kill him ) anyhow i kept the same way of safe farming under tower and pushing waves meanwhile around 12 min mark my bot lane secured first tower and game ofcourse turned on so olaf left the lane open for me for free farm then he took 2 kills from mid with is team and pushed mid first tower.

And at the end we win and i had score of 3-3-2 but that olaf said in all chat " Why you talking urgot ? Your team carried you " i told him " Dude you had the advance of counter pick and you made nothing with it " So he respond to me like that " You sucks, you made nothing and just stayed under tower. what should i do when my bot lane lost first tower i can't carry them "

I was wondering if that was true they carried me or he said that cause he was titled that he couldn't use his advance over me ?
