This made me laugh, when I play braum supp, I use my attack speed page to get those passive stacks quicker.

No damage? Replace her jungle item with blood razor. Try something like Boots > Blood Razor > Black Cleaver > sunfire cape > Banshee's Veil(I like spirit visage for cdr) or Maw. Then either titanic or something situational to your current game situation. Sorry if this posts twice by the way.

Shyvana still has some of the best objective controls in the game. I haven't played her in the new platch enough to say you're wrong, but i will say she is less powerful than before.
