Hmm once again we have Radio Silence regarding balance issues
It's been almost a month since we've had meaningful discussion with riot about the state of the game. It's really frustrating from a player perspective to see champions being dominate for the whole preseason 
to name a few with no changes in sight, despite riot promising that we will be "heavily monitoring balance" during the preseason. Instead we've gotten nearly a month of radio silence from the balance team. I really thought Riot would learn after how horribly last season went. I guess not :(. Anyone else feel frustrated??
