on 1 hand she is an adc that does what most adcs do and has the + side of having a blind on an adc on the second hand she is an assassin that will make you cry before you go to sleep that can burst you down really fast and the bane of your existence if you even dare go alone wether its to get a buff or split push she is a nightmare to be around when you are alone

Pretty much this. I've been told I make babies cry while playing as Quinn (coming from a Zed player, mind you). Hopefully, this duality in playstyle won't change too much with the coming rework.

Gubaguy1 votesOn the other hand, she has a buggy passive, unrealiable blind since blinds do very little outside of duelign an ADC, and even then they can jsut use one of their abilities during that 2 seconds, her ult has a CD that makes it basically useless at all stages of the game other then to KS someone or hope to take a lane if your team pulls the enemies to another lane, her mana costs are fairly high and her ability damage is fairly low...
the only thing she REALLY has going for her is her ult when you can use it to its full potential (taking an entire lane, or jsut nuking a team) and her ability to burst, which only works when her passive decides it wants to cooperate for once.
