What's with the Trundle nerfs?

Trundle Base HP regen lowered to 1.2 from 1.8856 HP regen growth lowered to 0.15 from 0.17

Because we all know he's out of control with his 49.9% winrate top. It might not seem like much but it's cutting his regen by 30%. Trundle nerfs are a huge failure because his support winrate is already higher than his intended lane. Please just get creative and do something to tap his support if that's the target of these nerfs, without pummeling him into the ground as top and jg.

Okay so his HP Regen in general is being shot. This means that the Trundle that has less built in healing is the one that suffers the most. To figure which of Support Trundle or Solo Trundle are suffering, we must establish who heals more.

We can effectively ignore their abilities due to their collective natures being somewhat indifferent between the roles, other than the level advantage solo Trundle has (slight advantage to Solo Trundle in the healing department I'd say then). We must instead focus on their core items.

I should note that since Solo Trundles (at least the ones that build duelist, as opposed to full Tank Trundle) tend to build Lifesteal, whereas Support Trundles tend to build %Health Regen. What this means is that Solo Trundles have a healing tool independent on the HP Regen that got nerf, whereas the Support Trundles' main line of healing (outside of abilities) was double nerfed.

Both are hit inevitably, yes, but Support was hit harder than Solo Trundle methinks.

actually. this isn't cutting his regen by 30%. its 30% at level 1.

this is the exact same nerf malphite and maokai and other top laners have reeived recently.

He is out of control In High Elo. A well played trundle is an unbeatable trundle. Also trundle was supposed to be a jungler on release. Top Lane is not and should not be the primary win rate u look at even if it has a higher playrate.
