..Remove few uber toxic champs from URF like.. Sona Heca

They are really fun to play, but playing against them is the most sour experience player can get.

Those who wanted easy wins played them enough of times already, so they shouldn't cry too loud from taking away their easy win tools.

You see.. I'm not always "leader" to ban champions.. and somehow ppl believe that if you don't ban sona, then noone will take her..

idk why we haven't seen much Wukong. Flying-slapstick into decoys all night long. Then you can victory spin once you kill them just for fun.
