Kai'sa is borderline (almost) broken

Really, if you get a hang of her she destroys every ADC. She is the ADC version of Rengar.

This comes from a player that spams her.

She has almost no counterplay due to her burst damage if you are squishy.

Kai'Sa is super strong with 3+ completed items in the late game, but early on she is pretty weak, she is decently balanced honestly. She is a true hyper marksman, weak early and a beast late game. The problem is you need to get to late game, so I assume she will be better in competitive play where late game happens a lot more often, but early on she is weak and should be so.

She seems very black and white. 95% of the time she's useless and doesnt do sh*t. The other 5% if she isolates you she destroys you.
