Huge win rate discrepancy between top Jax and jungle Jax

jax is strong in jungle due to being able to farm with out fighting in lane

he is weak to early game dominate lane bullies as a jungler he dont have to deal with that and gets to scale freely

He has a weak lane because he's a hypercarry late. That's why he jungles.

Nerf jungle xp and gold and buff Jax a bit so he can atleast lane.

Maybe make his W restore some hp whenever he kills a unit with it.

Jax is crazy when he get's ahead though. Little a team can do against a guy carrying a magic lamppost smacking people and towers to dirt in moments.

The Jungle just naturally suits his needs better than the lane since he needs farm to get ahead the Jungle is the safest place in the early game if you can survive the monsters.
