What's the reason for people not buying cull?
It's a great item. gives you 150 more gold than a kill if you get 100 cs.

Snowballing (and not getting snowballed against) is far more important than waiting 10 minutes for a mere 150 gold. Plus your ability to farm will be impacted by your ability to fight your lane opponent, which cull doesn't help you with at all.
It's item that pays off late game in an early game meta. While it's a good thing for someone like twitch to buy on first back, someone like draven benefits more from having damage now and ghost blade sooner.
aha
Because you are silver 3 and it's a horrible item.
if you get 100 cs.
That's my reason for not getting it.
I think I'm roughly average in my CS for my rank (rough observation, comparing my CS to my teammates), and I average 100 CS @ about 20 minutes. 20 minutes for an item that just gets sold back to the store seems like a waste to me.
I get it on GP when I'm in a lane I can't out duel.
yeah its nice on gp because all that passive gold adds up.
Usually pick it up as an ADC, it's a great item just not good starting item.
Its only really worth it if you get an early kill as ADC or if you're forced back to base early in the game and only have 350 gold to spare.
if you get cull, expect me come bot lane or wherever you are to gank.
cull is the ideal "I backed with ~500 gold and can't really buy anything meaningful" item its good, and smart ADCs buy it when the situation is right
i wish you could buy multiples of it. like ok, this ones done. rebuy it.
Because if you start out with it you forfeit the hp from Doran's Blade. Now if you recall early or die and can only afford it then it is a perfectly fine buy. You can play safe and it can help you catch up a little later on.
Its stats are terrible for early game. Its stats are terrible for mid game. And it contributes nothing in the late game.
You buy it if you are confident in your ability to CS safely.
how are the stats terrible you do realize that u gain more hp per basic then u do on lifesteal ........... ohh darn u lose out on 80 hp
i had an enemy ad buy it the other day after getting first blood on us.
we won the game.
