You mentioned that you don't wish to buff Riven as she is highly meta dependent but...

You have in the past buffed out of meta champs to bring them back into the meta and as well have very recently buffed Irelia who, for the most part, thrives and flourishes in the very same environment and meta as Riven.

She was under performing and so you buffed her, yet you won't do the same for Riven?

That seems a tad hypocritical.

It could be hypocritical, or it could be a hint that something else is coming for Riven.
