Okay, here's the issue with Olaf in a nutshell.
Regular bruisers: Good base stats, either CC or defense steroid or both.
Olaf: Mediocre base stats, no CC, good defense steroid that is gone when he tries to do damage.
Raise Olaf's base armor to a realistic value if you want him to lose all his armor on ulting. Olaf has 77 armor at level 18, Irelia has 89 armor at level 18. There's an issue.
