Good Job on the Taric rework Riot
This is the first time i've done one of these. But i have to admit that Taric feels SO MUCH better now. Still worried he might be "too strong" top, but that's mostly me imagining him paired with good on hit items like 
and 
. But over all i like where he stands as a support. Also really happy that his passive cooldown scales against CDR. Was super worried he was going to be the character that you go into a fight, hit your abilities and negate like 2-3K health worth of damage over the course of 5-7 seconds.
Well here is hoping he doesn't become a champion you just build 
, Sated (while it's still in the game), and . Then just wait to land a stun and fast auto your enemies to death off 4 quick hits.
