I mean considering its a SPIRIT blade,why the heck does something that isn't solid and could be considered in another plain of existence(spirit) not go through a wall of air

Because it's a projectile, and Yasou's wall blocks projectiles.

I mean considering its a SPIRIT blade

Malphite can be petrified, Blitzcrank can die from poison, Brand can die from Fire, Ashe does more damage with her arrows by purchasing a lot of swords, a 6-stack Cho'Gath cannot be seen when in brush, and a chipmunk armed with a dart-gun is evenly matched against a death god.

For mechanical purposes, not for lore. In the game that blade is a projectile.

It doesn't cross Wind Wall for the same reason that Oriana's ball and Azir's soldiers don't cross it; the entity itself is coded as a minion, but the ability that makes it move is coded as a projectile, so the wall stops it.

Mechanics trumps thematics err day here in League.
